DIET CHICKEN GRAVY
INGREDIENTS ARE
BONELESS CHICKEN - 250 GMS
BUTTER - 1 INCH
GARLIC - 6-7 FINELY CHOPPED
HALDI POWDER - 1/2 TBSP
DHANIYA POWDER - 2 TBSP
JEERA POWDER - 1 TBSP
CARROT - 1 CUT
ONION - 1 BIG CUT
CAPSICUM - SOME
YELLOW BELL PEPPER - SOME
BROCOLI - SOME
ALMONDS -7-8 CUT
WHEAT FLOUR – 4 TBSP
METHOD:
-HEAT THE BUTTER IN A PAN.
-PUT CHOPPED GARLIC,AND SAUTE TILL LIGHT BROWN.
-THEN ADD HALDI POWDER, DHANIYA POWDER AND JEERA POWDER AND SAUTE FOR HALF A MINUTES THEN ADD WATER AND AGAIN SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE.
-THEN ADD 750 GMS OF WATER AND KEEP IT FOR BOILING.
-AFTER WATER BOILS ADD CARROT AND ALMONDS.
-THEN ADD BONELESS CHICKEN AND SALT AS PER TASTE AND COVER AND COOK TILL CHICKEN IS COOK SOFT.
-ADD BROCOLI,GREEN CAPSICUM AND RED-YELLOW BELL PEPPER.
-COOK FOR 1 MINUTES.
-ADD GREEN CHILLI AND WHEAT FLOUR.
-COOK FOR 1 MINUTE AND ITS READY .
-SERVE HOT WITH RICE.
